The transformative power of breaking phone addiction; Progressively breaking my phone addiction

I used my phone 6hours less than last month and this struck my mind. It occurred to me that if you can break your phone addiction, you can as well break any other thing. I walked more in the last couple of days, read more and slept more which in turn helped me self-actualize myself more. The internet has done more harm to you than good by giving out a lot of dopamine which makes you believe that life is just full of pleasure and it's crazy. Although there are a lot of useful and valuable stuff out there on social media, but the problem still remains unsolved. The phone, being the fastest and easiest way to reach social media due to its convenience has increased the level of addiction of Pornography, online gambling, fraud and aimlessly scrolling on the internet for hours in search of temporary pleasure (dopamine). I had these addictions for years and you probably do to. You need to detox your mind from these habits cause in the long run, you're never gonna be yourself just an average person who only lives by social media.
You’ve got to set goals that are sequential to your interests for yourself, short term and long-term goals and gradually follow up with them. This was the decision I made at the beginning of this year and it's really helping me break my phone addiction. It was tough in the beginning because I was already addicted to it, and breaking bad habits to replace with good ones takes a lot of iteration and persistence. There are no two ways about it, you've to push yourself because I know how tough it is at the beginning. But I can give you something that's helping me on this journey.
Drop that phone! Yeah, that's right cause if you don't it's gonna drop you.
Self- actualize and write out your goals and interests.
Go to the gym.
Take walks because this helps to generate ideas for creativity which leads to productivity.
Sleep more. At least 7hours.
Do number 1 and iterate others and watch how your mental health, productivity levels increase.
What if you're introverted? Come out of your comfort zone, because you've to. Start by iterating point number two out of the suggestions I made, and you will see results. This is how I'm gradually breaking phone addiction and you can also do this too.
